Purchased a Subaru Outback on Black Friday 2011. I would also like to add that Chito made two follow up calls to see how I was enjoying my new vehicle. I traded in a BMW for this car and I must say, even BMW did not follow up like this dealership did. . They provide a lifetime warrranty on the Powertrain of our 2012 Outback-not all dealerships offer this. That being said, all in all this experience was a positive one.
