When you change the oil, PLEASE update the window sticker. Failure to do so ended up causing back and forth between me Nama, and the service department. Having oil leak from front cover after timing belt was done in January 2024. Went to kenny to see if warranty would cover; they ignore oil leak (cover under front of engine has oil, indicates a leak). W done in January 2024. Everything was fairly routine, except no one came to the visitors waiting lobby to discuss what they found in their safety inspection. After 4 hrs of no one reaching out, I had to find a service manager in order to inquire about the status of my car. Once they found my manager, I was told it would be another 30min. In all, I was there for 5.5 hours with only one contact between me and the front desk. And it was contact I initiated. More
