Having oil leak from front cover after timing belt was done in January 2024. Went to kenny to see if warranty would cover; they ignore oil leak (cover under front of engine has oil, indicates a leak). W done in January 2024. Everything was fairly routine, except no one came to the visitors waiting lobby to discuss what they found in their safety inspection. After 4 hrs of no one reaching out, I had to find a service manager in order to inquire about the status of my car. Once they found my manager, I was told it would be another 30min. In all, I was there for 5.5 hours with only one contact between me and the front desk. And it was contact I initiated. More
