This is the worst experience of my life. These people sold me a 2021 lemon and have washed their hands of it and me. I am told if it would’ve happened in the 1st 30 days it would have been under warranty, because everyone uses the ac in march. Never ever buy a used car from this dealership, I was just a sell never a customer. More

When you change the oil, PLEASE update the window sticker. Failure to do so ended up causing back and forth between me Nama, and the service department. We spent an immense amount of time discussing whether the oil was changed or not. Very frustrating. Unfortunately this cost me $75 to have the oil changed. Secondly, once everything was agreed on, it still took way to long to complete the paperwork. I had to wait for someone other than Nana to be free to finish up.
