We had first met manager Nelson in the parking lot on our way to Florida. Told him what we were looking for and within hours he gave our information to Jackson Hile. He sent me a few videos and Jackson was very patient with us, as he knew we would not be back for several days. Jackson answered all of our questions and stayed in constant contact with us. Jackson immediately notified us when the car was delivered to the dealership so we met with him the next day and it was exactly what we were looking for) took a test drive , made the deal and came home. Since the vehicle had just arrived Jackson wanted to make sure the vehicle underwent the all point inspection as well as making sure it was clean before we took it home. He then offered to deliver it to our home the next day which we were very happy about! I thought Jackson was extremely professional as well as reliable! It was the best car buying experience I have ever had, and I am 72 so I have purchased many cars.
