This was my first time to buy SUV from dealer. Overall I had good experience though there were some hurdles. But these people helped me to get the SUV home on time. I would like to specially thank Bryan had good experience though there were some hurdles. But these people helped me to get the SUV home on time. I would like to specially thank Bryan for his efforts in making this deal successful. He is one of the best sales consultant I have dealt with. He helped a lot to get good price as well helped in getting the SUV in good condition. Till last moment I was not sure if I could take the SUV home but he managed to make this happen. More

Very unprofessional, waited 12 hours to close the deal and couldn't take the car home that day. The car they were selling me was supposed to be 4wd and it wasn't. Also lots of problems with the tags, they and couldn't take the car home that day. The car they were selling me was supposed to be 4wd and it wasn't. This is THE WORST retail store I have ever been to, including all types of retail. This place is beyond pathetic. The only reason I bought a car here was because I specifically wanted a Honda Civic Hy including all types of retail. This place is beyond pathetic. The only reason I bought a car here was because I specifically wanted a Honda Civic Hybrid and there was a used recent model with low mileage. Otherwise I would have stepped in there and left within 20 minutes. So, unless you find a specific used car you can't find anywhere else DON'T GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!! The salespeople do not know anything about what they are selling, they are disrespectful and immature. Ramila was my salesperson and she knew NOTHING about hybrids, yet pretended that the basic information was substantial. She had no sales skills and almost put me to sleep when talking. She did not seem interested in the sale at all...almost like I was wasting her time even though I was buying a CAR for almost $20,000!!! Seriously people, wake up or get some training or respect. The day I bought the car I was there for 4 hours. The day I picked up the car I waited for 2 hours when there was NO ONE THERE and all the salespeople were gossiping and joking with each other behind the counter. They had not even washed the car and the gas tank was empty. The guy who took my signature for the contract did not even give me a copy and when we asked for one he said he couldn't give it to me because he already put it with my check in the safe!!?? The day I went to get the plates I waited for 1.5 hours when there was also NO ONE THERE. The guy who put on my plates just went and did it without telling me and didn't tell me he was finished...and of course littered the paper parts on the ground. Ramila, my salesperson, told me she had the extra key and the owners manual but she wasn't there that day and not even the manager could find them. He said he'd tell her to mail them to me. I called her two times and left messages the following week to make sure she would and she NEVER called me back. More

I have purchased other vehicles in the past with Yirko. I always feel as if I am part of his family. No matter what he is doing he always manages to come over and say hello with a great smile and a big h I always feel as if I am part of his family. No matter what he is doing he always manages to come over and say hello with a great smile and a big hug. I don't have the best credit and was told they would work with me and they did. Yirko took his time explaining all of the details. He made sure that if the paper work took long he apologized and reassured me it would take a little bit longer. Everyone in the show room was very friendly. I was offered something to drink and dunkin donuts. The young man upstairs that processed the paper work was also very efficient and explained everything I was signing. I would definitley recommend and go to this show room again. More
