We came in last month to test drive a few different vehicles. Dave Keller was the person who greeted us. We figured out pretty quickly that I would be happiest with a Sienna so we found a vehicle that they could allocate to me. Dave kept me up to date on all of the movements of the vehicle and after a month, it arrived at the dealership. It was a fairly quick process to go through the paperwork and such since Dave also got our current vehicle's trade in value at our initial meeting. We are very happy with our new Sienna! More

Phone service was poor, didn't answer phone on multiple occasions during the day on Wednesday the 22nd, left messages and didn't return calls so I didn't know what to tell my ride, returned call the next occasions during the day on Wednesday the 22nd, left messages and didn't return calls so I didn't know what to tell my ride, returned call the next day, brought in vehicle for appointment on the 22nd, mechanic did not even look at vehicle until late afternoon, again had communication trouble on the 23rd, not answering phone or returning call so again it was impossible to coordinate my ride, vehicle was ready late Thursday and that was too late for my transportation, finally picked up on Friday. Repairs were done well and price seemed fair, but your communication was extremely poor. More
