Receiving incorrect information on multiple occasions and a lack of communication and accuracy made this a very disappointing experience. The process took entirely too long after arriving at 3pm and selecting the car before 4pm, then waiting until almost 9 for the paperwork to be completed (they were not busy), and still having to come back the following day to pick up the car. It was such an issue that I started the process to refinance the brand new vehicle on the business day after picking it up and chose to purchase a second brand new Chevy from a different dealership in the same week. More
