Made an appointment to have a recall completed. After two hours I was told that they didn't have the parts but they would call me when the missing parts came in. Never got a call back. When I got there I was told that the techs doing the work don't come in until 8. Why would you schedule an appointment for an hour before the techs come in if you knew I was waiting. Never received one apology. Department seems poorly run. More

Kenny, Cliff, and everyone else involved in our purchase was great. They all took their time to make sure we understood everything, and even though we showed up near closing time on a Saturday they didn't t was great.
