Got a car and on the way home started having immediate problems one after another they promised to find me another car to put me in now I have had the car for 45days and they are ignoring me && wont return my calls. I hate this car && hate hubler I would never recommended them to any one all they care about is money && not the customer. I wish I had a number to someone higher to let them know my experience. I have wasted so much time , traded in a decent car for the a piece of crap which has a slipping transmission , bad struts . They are horrible I was suckered. !!! DO NOT GO THERE.!!!!! More

I purchased my vehicle back in august from hubler chevrolet from brian copenhaver. i was told that I would receive 3 free oil changes and 5 free carwashes. i brought my vehicle in today for service f chevrolet from brian copenhaver. i was told that I would receive 3 free oil changes and 5 free carwashes. i brought my vehicle in today for service for the oilchange and was told that I dont receive ANY oil changes free because when we did financing i didnt pay the $114 dollars to have the oil changes included in my purchase. so basically they want to sneak the cost in at financing and because didnt pay that they still told me i got the oil changes free and didnot. if they would have offered the flat rate prepay wrap it into the financing and i declined i understand but to be flat out lied to about this was very disappointing. shady dealership always trying to cut costs and hide information from the customer. Very dissatisfied with this dealership, and will not be recommending to ANYONE! More

Remember that surly 15 year-old-kid in your high school class? You know, that mouthy kid with an attitude so bad your favorite English teacher took early retirement? Ever wonder what happened to him? He class? You know, that mouthy kid with an attitude so bad your favorite English teacher took early retirement? Ever wonder what happened to him? He's working as the Sales Manager at the pre-owned department of Hubler Chevrolet. He ain't changed a bit. We went there last week to look at a car we saw on the internet. The first sales guy was pretty decent and took us for a test drive. We decided to make an offer on the car and that's when things broke down. The sales manager crumpled the paper and threw it back at our sales guy (this was after the sales manager made a nasty joke at the sales guy's expense. Way to look professional in front of the customer, dude). We made another offer. This time, he came out from behind his desk, sat down and started to get emotional. And by emotional, I mean angry and belligerent. The car we were looking at had almost 120,000 miles on it and the the CarFax showed it had been in TWO accidents. He wouldn't budge from the price and wanted at $2000 UNDER the Kelly Blue Book for our trade-in. Every time I tried to point something out, he was quick with a response to shoot me down--even talking over me at times. He got visibly angry when my friend looked up the KBB value on her i-Phone and went off on some bizarre tangent about how "everyone has a computer in their pocket these days and I have a car right now that I can sell for $30,000 and I'm not a car collector!" Uh, what? When I didn't give him the number he wanted, he angrily pointed to the door. So we walked out. We sat in the parking lot for a while and considered going back to make another offer, but he was so rude that we just left. We ended up getting the same car with less miles for MUCH less money. Like, $5,000 less with a better deal on trade. There are LOTS of places to buy a car. There are LOTS of dealerships with excellent customer service. There are LOTS of salespeople who don't try to wear you down and bully you into terms that don't fit your needs. Hubler Chevrolet is not one of those places. Don't be afraid to walk out--we are so glad we did!!! Bottom Line: if you like being bullied into a bad deal by people who only care about the money in your wallet, then this is the place for you. My experience at Hubler was excellet and I would recommend them to anyone! My husband and I drove out to the 1 in Greenwood to look at a Chevy Cobalt I had seen online. It was priced almost $2,000 b recommend them to anyone! My husband and I drove out to the 1 in Greenwood to look at a Chevy Cobalt I had seen online. It was priced almost $2,000 below blue book and ready to go to auction. We went up to see if they could hold the car until my student loan came in. They let us test drive it and the we went to see about the hold. The salesman wanted to get us i the car that day. We did all the finacing paperwork and we were denied, because my husband is on unemployment for the winter. The only bank that would finance the car, would not work with us. Hubler offered to finance and put us in a newer one and try a different bank, which I refused. They let me go home and get a post-dated check to write to them. When they tried to run the check, it was denied. They held on to the check and told me when the loan came in to bring them the money, and they sent me home with the car! I pretty much got a car on good faith that I would pay. They were wonderful! More

Very deceitful when it comes to buying a new vehicle. I was told the truck had a 5.3L engine and 4" lift-kit and then found out later that it didn't ... At the first of April, I went to several Chevrolet was told the truck had a 5.3L engine and 4" lift-kit and then found out later that it didn't ... At the first of April, I went to several Chevrolet dealerships looking to purchase a new truck. I was looking at the 2012 Silverado 1500 LT 4X4 with a 5.3L engine. When I went to Hubuler, they had the truck I was looking for, but Dustin (the salesman) showed me a 2011 model. He told me that since it was a 2011, I could also get a better discount. He also sold me hard on the fact that it had a 4" lift. We talked for an hour and he said the 2011 had everything I was looking for (plus the lift), and he even joked that it would be my first lifted truck. I decided to purchase the truck ... after the transaction was over, and got in the truck to drive away, I looked for the window sticker and couldn't find it. I got somewhat suspicious and drove back to the dealership. When I was told that they couldn't find it, I started looking at things on the truck and discovered that the engine was only a 4.8 (instead of the 5.3). A few weeks later, I found that there wasn't even a lift kit placed on the truck. So, I immediately called Dustin, and he asked me to have another Chevrolet dealership look at it to confirm it did not have a lift kit. When I gathered all the paper work and returned to the dealership May 1st, Justin presented me with a paper that showed they installed "lifted shocks." So now the salesman and dealership has deceived me. There is no way I would had paid $7K for wheels, tires, shocks, and running boards. I have had several dealerships and truck experts look at the truck, and they all state that the shocks they have installed on the truck do NOT add any lift. I even had the truck laser measured and it is the exact same same height as the standard Silverado 4X4 More
