I appreciated his customer service skills because in my situation the paperwork hadn't yet been sent to me before my paper dealership plate had expired. Jeff went above and beyond to ensure this info was ready for me so I didn't miss my first bill! He is honest, helpful, and treats all of his clients like they are family. Great Service and John was Fantastic Had trouble with my radiator leaking on my Enclave and was expecting a huge bill but to my surprise the water pump was the problem.
