Upon arrival I toured the sales lot, unable to find the vehicle I met with a salesperson, he said he would need to go Into the building to find Its location, he and my wife entered the building to find It and I stayed on the lot to look at another vehicle, I then decided to enter the showroom myself, when I slipped on one of their advertising license plates carelessly left on their Ice Covered sales lot, causing me to twist my right ankle and knee, I picked up the license plate and carried It Into the building and gave It to the three employees standing behind the front desk, after Informing them of this hazard, they proceeded to laugh at my explanation. It was then that the original salesman appeared and Informed me that the vehicle they said would be ready for my test drive was sent to auction due to Its numerous mechanical Issues, but they would be happy to show me another more expensive vehicle. (Bait and Switch) To add Insult to my Injuries, days after this, they sent me several emails and phone calls wanting to know If I was still Interested In the vehicle that they claimed was sent to auction, or If I wanted to test drive another vehicle, never once asking me how my leg was. When I brought up the subject of my Injured leg, the assured me some one higher up would contact me to follow up, I've NEVER heard from that person, forcing me to settle this In court, and I WILL be contacting the BBB to file a complaint...So If YOU decide to do business with Hubler, wear a suit of armor, have your Insurance paid up, and don't expect the vehicle you want to be there!!! More

Scammed Into Buying A Junk Car I found a car I was interested in on CarGurus and sent my info to find out more about the car. This dealership called me relentlessly for weeks, and I I found a car I was interested in on CarGurus and sent my info to find out more about the car. This dealership called me relentlessly for weeks, and I finally made a time to come in and look at the car. They agreed to sell it to me for $2000 less than asking price. I should've known. I purchased the car after stupidly signing a clause saying "No Returns." When I get in the car to drive off the lot, I noticed a warning light on in the car. I asked my sales person if he knew what it may mean and he shrugged it off: "nope, just put on your seatbelt, you'll be fine." Okay. I get the car home after driving five hours each way to this dealership. The car is a piece of JUNK. All the electric in the car malfunctioned, things are falling apart; all things that were made to look flawless when I went to look at the car. Now I'm spending way more than the car is worth to fix it. I am extremely angry that they knowingly sold me a piece of junk car and made me sign a paper saying I couldn't return it. When I called the dealership to confront the issue, I was completely ignored and avoided. I would never ever return to this dealership or recommend to a friend or even an enemy. They should think twice next time before selling junk to nice people who spent the entire day driving to and from their dealership. More
