It was a rainy day and cars backed up in service lane and it did not appear that the advisors or assistants were trying to move them for the customers. Had to walk in the rain to check in. Why would they hav it did not appear that the advisors or assistants were trying to move them for the customers. Had to walk in the rain to check in. Why would they have a covered breeze way if cars are not moved for the next customer? Also received an email regrading car fax, INCORRECT mileage was put in. They did get to my car in a timly manner and I was called promptly. That's about it. More
