Service department is friendly and usually pretty responsive. Ryan is good. Sales department I am waiting to evaluate. New 04 SL coming in end of the month. My friends have bought several MB's there and have had generally good experiences. However, the sales reps for those deals have all left House of Imports. Don't know why... The only problems I have had so far has been the transition between a departed salesperson and the new person taking over. I had no idea what was happening and nobody placed my order after the old sales departed. Hopefully I will have a good experience at the end of the month. More
