We have gotten no real response even when they failed to send you the title of the car by the time your temporary license expires. We were overcharged for licensing fees and taxes and had to pay them again send you the title of the car by the time your temporary license expires. The vehicle I received was not a CPO, in other words, the delivery of the vehicle was not treated as a new vehicle. No sanitizing of the vehicle and/or detailing was performed for the delivery. Call it being picky, however when I purchased my other mercedes slk350 from a different dealer, it was delivered with the intent of keeping me as a customer.
