Sales - Very good. Service - Expensive. Pre-delivery preperation - Could be better prepared to detail and prepare the car and check it prior to calling customer for delivery. We waited for 2+ hours for preperation - Could be better prepared to detail and prepare the car and check it prior to calling customer for delivery. We waited for 2+ hours for the delivery pre-prep, after we were told that the car is ready for pick up. Also no other financing options were provided other than MBFS. Sales told us otherwise that they had many options to choose from. More
