While workmanship is good, I found I had a problem with communication. I had to call several times in order to get an update on the repairs needed. I brought my SUV for recall service. I ensured that it was clean before leaving it to Allison (service advisor at House of Imports Buena Park) and her technicians. I am rating the overall experience with heavy emphasis on Allison’s performance as a 3. I would still recommend the dealership/service department, because Allison may not necessarily reflect all of their employees. 1 star deducted for returning my car dirty. 1 star deducted for not leaving an email or text follow up on at least a weekly basis. I recommend emphasizing service experience and improving it, namely returning cars clean and at least weekly follow ups prn. More
