I call rep Sam Hwuang and ask him if he has e450 . at the moment he doesn’t have one . 23 days later he call me that he has one coming. The nice thing about his team service is that I don’t have to com at the moment he doesn’t have one . 23 days later he call me that he has one coming. Allen Halina made the first service of vehicle very easy, but initially, I had trouble with service dept. receptionists. Made an appointment with one of the dealers but he was too busy for me when we got there. I was then pawned off to someone else. I was told that my new dealer had worked there for thirty years but he did too busy for me when we got there. I was then pawned off to someone else. I was told that my new dealer had worked there for thirty years but he did not seem like he had the experience of a long time dealer. He was very friendly and helpful. Several times we were left sitting and waiting to do something. Got there at three and left there at eight. We already had the car picked out, which was presented to us in a very great way. So why did it take so long? More
