By far the best Mercedes dealership in all of California. House of imports is unlike the rest! They treat everyone like royalty and that's how it should be when you are buying a luxury vehicle. From the moment I called to walking in the door they treated me with kindness and respect. They were accommodating and wanted to make sure I enjoyed my experience. I Believe that this is a reflection on management. If management treats their staff with respect then the employees are happy and treat the customers well. Lebenon, Ali and Jordan were absolutely wonderful to work with. It is a very long and draining process buying a car and they made the experience very pleasant. I can see why they have thousands of five star reviews. I will be back again and make sure to refer people to only visit house of imports. More

Rated a 3 due to unexpected construction not mentioned while making appointment with a live service person. After paying over $800 for service I was disappointed my car could not be cleaned due to the co while making appointment with a live service person. After paying over $800 for service I was disappointed my car could not be cleaned due to the constructions. I would expected more of a discount for service/repairs during the interruption of services. Service advisor stated there were no service related discounts when confirming appointment. However, I had to search for emails that provided a $150 discount on services excess of $300 the service advisor was not aware of. I think the service advisors should be more pro-active on dealership service offers to their customers and not rely on the customer to provide this information. That said, the mechanic service folks completed the service of my vehicle in a timely manner. I did to rate the quality of work because I don not know until I drive the car for a while. More
