My C300 had gasoline smell from the outside so brought it it to House of Imports-BP. Bryan Hiffrichter was my service advisor. He was cordial and very friendly. He explained the possibility of what the issue it to House of Imports-BP. Bryan Hiffrichter was my service advisor. He was cordial and very friendly. He explained the possibility of what the issue could be. Processed the paperwork, told me it’s still under warranty and gave me a loaner car. I was out in 15 minutes. Bryan called me in the afternoon to give me an update. Picked up the car the next day free of charge. Very pleased with the service. Definitely will recommend to friends and family. More
