Mr. Alameddine is the man everyone needs during the following: 1- A visit to House of Imports, searching for a car. 2- The buying process includes evaluating your ability for the car down payment, monthly payments and the irresistible purchase of an extended warranty. 3- Even after, when the sale is over, Lebanon will answer your phone calls or (he calls you back at the same day) and bring you in for whatever appropriate car service your need. Just recently, I called the House of Imports for an issue with my S-Class, Sebrina Matus was assigned to help me and let me tell you, she was fantastic. She is definitely over qualified for the position she held. In comparison to other Mercedes-Benz dealerships in Los Angeles, you wouldn't sit in her office for long, she’ll greet you in and out of the door in no time. She took care of me and many other clients before me. I find her, she’s always willing to go the extra mile with care and treats every client like a family member.
