I can’t say enough about how satisfied I am with House Of Imports in Buena Park! I totaled my 2017 Mercedes S-Class, so I had to go look for a new car. I test drove drove a bunch Porsche, Audi, and BMW, Imports in Buena Park! I totaled my 2017 Mercedes S-Class, so I had to go look for a new car. I test drove drove a bunch Porsche, Audi, and BMW, but ultimately couldn’t resist going back to my Mercedes S-Class. I looked online and found that House of Imports had more pre-owned certified Mercedes S-Class in the styles and colors that I liked than any other dealerships around 50 mile radius. I called in and made an appointment with Kevin Nguyen to look at a few cars. I came in the same day to meet him. Kevin was an amazing sales rep! He greeted me at the door, and recommended me the perfect ride! It was in the color that I wanted, the year that I wanted, and the smooth buttery feel that I wanted. Kevin understood my wants and needs, and was able to perform at the highest levels as a sales rep! From beginning until end, Kevin offered world class service! He was funny, knowledgeable, attentive, and followed through. Even days after the sale was done, he still made it a point to reach out to make sure I was still satisfied with my new ride and the service provided by House of Imports.
