I purchased a used vehicle and was promised the basics (which is expected) 90 day warranty in the city I live in, a cell number if we need anything, and their ‘word’ that the car had been serviced, repai (which is expected) 90 day warranty in the city I live in, a cell number if we need anything, and their ‘word’ that the car had been serviced, repaired, etc. we did not bring our own mechanics with us. Less than 2 weeks of owning the car a large piece flew off the roof and THANKFULLY missed the car behind me. I called the manager and my sales guy the following day. And again the next day. And then the next and finally was blown off by Lebanon Alameddine by saying he would get back to me. After 5 days of calling, emailing and texting I got a phone call from Gary (sales guy who gave me his cell because ‘he always is available’ laugh laugh) and said for me to bring the car in. I live almost 3 hours away and he knows this. He said he would get back to me. He didn’t. I emailed a follow up. Crickets. I’ve text 3 days in a row. Crickets. Tonight my breaks went out. I’ve had the car 3 weeks and 1 day. Car had to be towed to our local mechanic. I regret the purchase. I regret working with Auto Nation. I should have purchased directly from Land Rover. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Go for the larger dealerships. Auto Nation is a lot of talk and then a lot of NOTHING!! More
