Would have given a higher rating but upon picking up my car I noticed the tow hitch cover was missing off my 2023 GLS 450, (which only has approximately 500 miles on it) now I realize for the second time a car I noticed the tow hitch cover was missing off my 2023 GLS 450, (which only has approximately 500 miles on it) now I realize for the second time after having service done. The first time they convinced me someone probably stole it and they replaced it with a used one. This time I noticed it missing immediately. They tried to replace it with an old warped one they got from someone else's car until I informed them that it couldn't be from my car as it looked old and warped. They then replaced it with another used one as they had done the time prior, not mine, maybe someone else's that looked pretty new but definitely not mine as it had dirt inside. These tow covers fit snug and do not come off easily. Never had it come off in a car wash as they say it did. I would not recommend them only because of the tow hitch issue More
