It’s great to see how attentive the employees are here. Service department was quick to welcome me. I came to the dealership to purchase a S580. I have purchase two other MB's from Auto Nation, an S550 and an ML350. I purshased the S550 from Jason a few years ago and I intended to use Jason ag I have purchase two other MB's from Auto Nation, an S550 and an ML350. I purshased the S550 from Jason a few years ago and I intended to use Jason again however I learned that he had recently passed so a gentleman named Sean assisted me. Sean was very good, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. A couple of negative things that disturbed me about the dealership was that everyone was new and the phone system is terrible, when you call in on the main number and hit #3 for sales, no one likes to answer the phone, very frustrating. Also the financing took forever, like buying a house. While waiting for the transaction to be processed, I went to the Parts Dept where I met Steve (Parts Mgr.) to find out if there where any known problems with the S580. Steve assured me that the S580 was a great vehicle and that he knew of no problems, I knew Steve was very knowledgable because he has been in the car business most of his life, he is a great asset to House of Imports.
