Trunk latch motor was impeccably repaired just in two days, with a nice loaner car provided. Sabrina was very helpful and informed the status in time, thank you. Nevertheless, the extreme cost for optional service contracts recommendations are profit motivation. I ended up bought the prepaid maintenance after dropping two other optional services. This is my fourth car I bought from House of Imports. I usually had good experiences with this dealership except this recent purchasing. I would have given 4 or 5 stars if I had no issue with the optional service contracts. Overall, I may buy another car from this dealership again in the future. More
