I bought a 2010 Cube in Jan. from Oscar Martinez and was happy with it. When I decided to go back on the road, I couldn't tow the Cube so I went to Oscar and told him my problem, before the day was out I ha happy with it. In two weeks the Jeep had to be towed. Oscar arranged to have the Jeep brought in and fixed it with no cost and a car for me to use in the mean time. The only reason we had to give a 4 instead of a 5 under overall experience was because when we initially went in with a trade-in, we were given a very poor quote that we did not see as fair. This was not when we were working with Danny, however, and after we sold our vehicle ourselves and came back a few weeks later to buy, we were extremely happy with our experience. We did, however, do our homework for buying a new car and feel this was extremely helpful to us in our transaction. We probably would have paid a lot more if we hadn't. We felt everyone at the dealership treated us with respect and were very pleasant and did their best to be thorough but quick as not to keep us there too long. It is a very nice facility and they really made us feel comfortable. We are very happy with how things went as well as our purchase. More
