This dealer gave me the time to walk the lot before any questions were asked. Only when we had been at the lot for more than 10 minutes did my mother and I see a sales representative. At that point, he was aware that we were ready for some assistance. Luis gave questions that helped define exactly what we needed. He allowed us the time to test the actual vehicle that was my interest. He also gave us a defined route without any questions. I did not like the Versa because the turn signals could not be seen or heard. Only later did we find out that it was in a transport mode. This is something that Luis was not aware of at the time. Then more questions to define more of what was my interest. Pointing out the used vehicle, which I later purchased, the test driving was the final decision maker for me. I would highly recommend this sales person. At the transition to the finance department he gave us a tour of the facility. Very impressive. Miguel was the person who handled the purchase papers. He was patient enough to allow my mother to ask questions. He explained all of the questions she asked. He allowed me the time to read all of the documents I was signing. This an important aspect for any sales team. Most people will just brush through the agreement, but he agreed it was important to read everything. Back with Luis, he gave me a scheduled time to have the first oil change and incentives for use at a later time. Every salesman I have talked to had a lot of great things to say about all cars I understand that they want to sell cars because that is their job and that is how they make money, but to me that is only a si to say about all cars I understand that they want to sell cars because that is their job and that is how they make money, but to me that is only a sign that they do not care about me and that they only want your money. Also they were pressuring me to buy a car which I do not like at all. In order for a person to sell a car to me and pretty much to almost every individual, in my opinion, they have to show that they are being honest and that they are not pressuring the buyer. By telling me the good and maybe bad things about a car and that they are not pressuring me to buy a car is brings a big comfort and gives me confidence to buy a car.
