I have a bad back. Onix and the dealership let me drive a used vehicle for a couple of hours to see how it went. You can't get better service than that. Unfortunately, the car I drove hurt my back. Onix pointed out a few other models that might work for me. They didn't because I am so tall. Once it was clear that we couldn't do business, Onix and the manager wished me well. No hard sell to me on a car that wasn't going to work with me. How could they do better? I'd trust these guys to do what they say they will do. I think the buying experience here would be good too.
