Everything was fine. they came to pick me up from Yuma to san Luis because I did not have a car. That was a good help for me as a customer. I did not know that the car in the one they had picked up was also san Luis because I did not have a car. That was a good help for me as a customer. I did not know that the car in the one they had picked up was also for sale. It was an Altima with 4000 miles. When I learned this, it was too late. The car was takes by other client. The rest was just fine. I came late for the year. The dealership did not have to much selection of what I was looking for. For example, colors and modeles. I understand because the year 2012 is closing up. I received information and my agent sat up my cell to the car. This was very helpful because I did not know about this nwe equipment in cars. We were attracted to the Nissan Rogue and decided where better to go than a Nissan dealer. From the minute we drove in we were were welcomed by both Onix, our salesman and the owner Jan. Onix was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles we looked at. We went home, talked it over and went back the next day and made our decision. Jan was available and easy to work with when arriving at the "bottom line". From there we met Miguel and the paperwork was handled in a very efficient manner.
