We wound up going for a test drive, and next thing you know, the guys at the dealership got us into an upgraded car, with no new money down other than our current vehicle's value. We kept the same payments and were able to complete the entire transaction within a few hours (and that included the test drive and time spent looking around the lot.) It was our second buying experience with More and both times, what we were told is exactly what they came back with. No haggling, no hidden tricks or phantom bait and switch numbers. Just honest guys with honest prices. They are the best dealership I have ever come across. More

He walked me through the entire process and made me feel very comfortable. I never felt like he was trying to get the best of me. Once we agreed upon a price I met with Jesse for the paperwork which can also be an intimidating process. He too was very informative and made sure I understood everything I was signing. He never pressed me on anything and it was a smooth process. After finishing everything I met the General Sales Manager, Scott and he was very friendly and appreciative. Overall great experience! Having been experienced in buying a car all by myself, as a female, at car dealerships before, I have found that their friendliness and attentiveness gave me comfort. I was not expecting this at all as it was always the opposite. They answered any and all questions that I had and they even had answers to my questions before I even had the chance to ask them. The process from beginning to end was hassle-free and everyone was very courteous- even the employees that I didn't work with directly with the sale came by and said Hi. I met so many of them that I'm pretty sure I've forgotten most of their names. Butch took his time going over every little detail with my brand new car, a 2016 Grand Touring CX-3; a process that I think all other dealerships should follow if they're not already. Jesse, the bald headed finance guy, was very nice and patient also as we went over the contract. I was in and out of the dealership in record timing: 2.5 hours. Overall, I had a great experience and I would highly recommend More Mazda to anyone looking to buy a Mazda or anyone looking for a good car buying experience. More
