After purchasing my 2016 Mazda3 itouring at More Mazda I am confident I got just that. Working with Butch I was able to get a great car that I love. He was very knowledgeable and informative. He walked me through the entire process and made me feel very comfortable. I never felt like he was trying to get the best of me. Once we agreed upon a price I met with Jesse for the paperwork which can also be an intimidating process. He too was very informative and made sure I understood everything I was signing. He never pressed me on anything and it was a smooth process. After finishing everything I met the General Sales Manager, Scott and he was very friendly and appreciative. Overall great experience! I would definitely recommend More Mazda. Especially Butch, Jesse and Scott. More

Having been experienced in buying a car all by myself, as a female, at car dealerships before, I have found that their friendliness and attentiveness gave me comfort. I was not expecting this at all as it was always the opposite. They answered any and all questions that I had and they even had answers to my questions before I even had the chance to ask them. The process from beginning to end was hassle-free and everyone was very courteous- even the employees that I didn't work with directly with the sale came by and said Hi. I met so many of them that I'm pretty sure I've forgotten most of their names. Butch took his time going over every little detail with my brand new car, a 2016 Grand Touring CX-3; a process that I think all other dealerships should follow if they're not already. Jesse, the bald headed finance guy, was very nice and patient also as we went over the contract. I was in and out of the dealership in record timing: 2.5 hours. Overall, I had a great experience and I would highly recommend More Mazda to anyone looking to buy a Mazda or anyone looking for a good car buying experience. More

So many problems, so little time. Friendly enough, and likely nothing malicious was done, but was prompted to write this review after countless calls and trips to the dealer to get a f Friendly enough, and likely nothing malicious was done, but was prompted to write this review after countless calls and trips to the dealer to get a few simple things taken care of. Sales process wasn't very painful and I felt the net price (new - trade) was fair on my used 2016 Mazda 6. The rep was fine, the manager behind the creepy two way mirrored cage never came out to say anything, and the finance guy was quick and no pressure. My issues are a grey area between sales and service: Two major problems that required a huge amount of my time, energy and frustration to get fixed. First, they damaged the paint on my new vehicle while trying to buff out some light surface scratches, required my brand new car to spend its first two weeks in and out of a body shop and me stuck with a variety of loaners and rental cars. The service department was helpful, but definitely made it clear that this was a "sales problem, not a service issue", putting me in the middle of figuring out how to get the problem fixed. The manager, Scott, was completely unwilling to help, pointing me back to service with a condescending "I'm sure they'll take good care of you". On a plus side, the service department was very helpful in getting a professional company to come out to remove the cigarette smoke odor from the vehicle that aforementioned sales manager smoked in!!! What the heck!! What car company lets their employees smoke in their vehicles??!! The second issue has yet to be resolved, but worries me even more. It's been 6 weeks since I bought the vehicle and More Mazda cannot register the vehicle because they have a bad title with incorrect mileage. I can only imagine what this is going to do to the resale value. Apparently $595 Acquisition Fees don't get you what they used to. BUYER BEWARE. More

We discussed the car and my expectation for an invoice with nothing additional added, except customary dealer expenses. He emailed me a tentative invoice, along with links to the CertifiedCar Report and the CarFax clearance showing the history of this vehicle. When I expressed concern about having to come up to not only test drive but then to pick up the car, Butch said "he'd deliver it to us." Wow, that was a nice surprise. On 2/13/16 I drove the 98 miles to Tempe, met Noy Converse who then escorted me through my test drive, showed me how everything worked ... all was more than agreeable, papers were signed, and payment made. Later, back home, I had some more questions RE DMV matters, all answered satisfactorily. Car was delivered to our door on 2/17/16. Noy spend a long time with use helping us enter numbers into the Bluetooth feature, and explaining the audio system. We couldn't be happier with this purchase, the easiest and most satisfactory car purchase made in all our 50 years of car buying. Can't speak highly enough about this seamless transaction, and the kindness of Butch and Noy in purchasing our new car ... Two very happy senior citizens. More
