Ignored and Upset Customer I am beyond upset with finance at Horne Hyundai. I leave messages daily for finance manager and NEVER get call backs. I purchased a car on Sept 4th I am beyond upset with finance at Horne Hyundai. I leave messages daily for finance manager and NEVER get call backs. I purchased a car on Sept 4th and love the car. The sale took 8 hours and the sales Rep and manger were amazing.... sadly that is the end of good service. I was asked to come back 2 days later to add a moonroof and fix a power window that did not work on my brand new 2017 car. As agreed I went back 2 days later to be told they cannot help until financing is finished and rescheduled me another 2 days later. I understand and again come back 2 days later to again be told no work can be done. I have missed work to go to set appointments only to be told no work can be done. I speak to service rep who is helping the best he can... however I'm not getting call backs in the time I'm told by him either. It has now been 24 days and my prior car has not been paid off (which it was promised to be done so) late fees are assessed, my driver window does not work, my moon roof is not installed.... and I call daily with no answers or call backs. I'm a working single mom, who also attends school full time. I do not have the time or patience to be jerked around. I need answers and I need the work done! More

Driving Away Happy in Our Sedona! My husband and I recently found out we were expecting our third child. Which translates to three carseats come November. We were a one car family, driving only a two door coupe. Needless to say, we knew right away that our growing family would require some spacious seating. My husband and I saved cash towards a down payment for several months, and reached out to Philip Mattice for out vehicle needs. Our criteria: safe, extra seating, used, and cost effective to honor our budget. Philip delivered big time on our wish list. He found us a 2009 Kia Sedona that was in mint condition. The previous owners only used the vehicle when they stayed in Arizona during the winter months! Get this: it only had 55, 184 miles on it! What?!!! We were able to pay for half of the purchase in cash, and financed the rest with a low interest rate. We are so grateful to Philip and the Horne Hyundai staff. They treated us like we were VIP's and showed us the utmost kindness and courtesy. We will definitely refer any friends and family to Philip as he emulates integrity, knowledge, and excellent customer service skills. More

We NEEDED a new car, what we didn't have was the time to spend hours a day bouncing from dealership to dealership test driving and haggling, all while dragging our two boys along. We did most of research online. We LOVED our '07 Sonata, we've had NO issues with it which made it easy to stick with the Hyundai family. By accident or luck-we met Jorge Valles from Horne Hyundai to test drive a 2016 Sonata. He was professional, not at all pushy, personable and knowledge about the product. Did I mention his initial offer online came in less than our 'good value' quote from Kelley Blue book online for a new 2016 Hyundai Sonata? This included our 'out the door costs'. Alain Duval was equally easy to work with and just as professional. Jorge Valles made this purchase the most painless and quickest car buying experience ever. If you are even thinking about getting a car. See Jorge, he'll take care of you. We are grateful we were able to work with Jorge and Alain. More

She has always been pleasant, she texted me yesterday to see how I was doing, it brought it to my attention that they have not received my Sonata that the sales manager preferences or me, while looking on line I noticed a new model that looked like a good replacement model G80 a lttle more money but doable. I rang up the dealership and a nice young man answer and told me Amanda was with a customer, I asked him if he had the automobile for me to test drive he said sure come down. When I arrived Amanda was available to assist me, she also sure I was able to test drive this car, let me get the keys, then a sales manager appearedI had met him before had a unhappy look on his face, and did not reinterduce himself,he proceeded to tell me he would not let me drive the G80. Then he went into the tower and came out in a few mnutes. Proceeded to tell me I have taken up too much time and he wold not let me test drive any car. I would like to add I have test driven two cars on one occasion with Amanda. If he feels that's too much time to assist a customer who has an automobile coming in that I want to purchase I find this unprofessional and rude. He also wanted me to agree to an amount, then he said I could test drive the black G80 when h knew I wanted a blue one. Would you buy a dress without ting it on, and not able to return it. I do not know his name although I have requested it from Amanda. I cn add a friend told me not to go there. SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO HIM! I will purchase my dream car I assure you it will not be at Horne in Apache Junction. More
