I think this is a tool to sell service that is not needed. The sales department has told me as long as I follow the required maintenance in manual under normal driving conditions my warranty will be OK. More

After finding out by surprise that our trade-in was worth half what it sh We worked with Neil Stevenson on the purchase of our 2014 pre-owned Tucson. After finding out by surprise that our trade-in was worth half what it should have been because of undisclosed damage we were about pushed out of our purchase of this much needed style of vehicle. Neil and his boss worked with us to make it possible for the deal to still work. I am sure the extra time that had to be spent for us did not do wonders for the profit margin on this sale. I usually do everything I can to stay away from car dealerships because of previous bad experiences.
