My 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe had 119,900 miles on it when my engine began to act up. I could not get the RPM's over 2000 and when it shifted gears, the front end would slam down hard while I was trying to accel engine began to act up. I could not get the RPM's over 2000 and when it shifted gears, the front end would slam down hard while I was trying to accelerate. There was also a burning smell in my engine. I brought it to Horne Hyundai and they ran a battery of tests over 2 days to determine I had a blown engine. WHAT?? Scary news, but they worked with Hyundai on my behalf to waive my expired warranty and replaced the necessary parts in my engine and also furnished a rental car for me during the repairs. It helped that Hyundai has a nationwide recall on my engine, but my vehicle was not being recalled. I was very pleased with their efforts and I'm back on the road again. More
