It was a great experience dealing with them. My sales person is Jarrod (Jay) Reger. He is very friendly, professional and polite. I had fair share of experiences about bad dealerships but this dealership “Horne Hyundai” is very different- people are nice even the customers in the store are well-mannered too. They are excellent in customer service. I highly recommend this dealership with your car needs! More
Accidentally washed smart key fob for 2016 Elantra GT. COMPLETELY my fault. Ordered a replacement for $397, which took a week to arrive. Upon arrival, was told there was an ADDITIONAL $89 charge to progra COMPLETELY my fault. Ordered a replacement for $397, which took a week to arrive. Upon arrival, was told there was an ADDITIONAL $89 charge to program the fob. xxx? $397 did not include programming? And why was I not informed of this charge when I initially ordered the fob? Because why would someone order a non-programmed fob? That makes no sense. Got money back for fob. If I am going to pay $500 for fob AND programming, I am going to give my money to a different dealership who knows what they are doing. This is the SECOND time in a year they have given me incorrect information on a product. Avoid at all costs. More

As a consumer who hasn’t bought a new car in 12 years I was worried about buying in the current market given the climate of supply and demand in recent months. My fears were quickly turned into excitement was worried about buying in the current market given the climate of supply and demand in recent months. My fears were quickly turned into excitement when I walked through the doors of Horne Hyundai. I knew the exact car I wanted and had actually already put down a deposit at another location for that car and only came to Horne to test drive a Tuscon they had on the lot. Everything changed when I met Jay. He was the ONLY customer service representative that actually took time to explain everything to me with unmatched patience and professionalism. I liked him so much that I withdrew my deposit from the other location and put a deposit down on one from Horne Hyundai in Apache Junction, mainly because of Jay’s excellent customer service. The GM, Steve, was extremely accommodating and even went and got my daughter crayons and a coloring book to occupy her (which is above and beyond what is expected). Carlos handled the finance portion and was professional and knowledgeable. From start to finish this is THE BEST experience I have ever had at a car dealership. If I could give 10 stars I would. If you’re looking for a car Horne Hyundai is your place and Jay is your guy!! More

Susie listened to my background story, found us a car and immediately found answers for all of my questions. Carlos was able to assist by providing financial info that would protect us throughout our buying process. Gerod, furthermore, delivered the car with Susie and added further information that broadened our knowledge of how we were protected in case of potential mechanical failure (owned Hyundai vehicles for over 16 years without mechanical failure). Greatly looking forward to extending my long relationship with Horne Hyundai. More
