Horrible I saw a 2015 Lincoln Navigator advertised at their dealership from Autotrader.com. I called to set up an appointment and Joey Pierce answered. He sa I saw a 2015 Lincoln Navigator advertised at their dealership from Autotrader.com. I called to set up an appointment and Joey Pierce answered. He said the car was still available and told me to bring my drivers license and PROOF OF INSURANCE when arriving. I did not like the fact that I had to provide a LINCOLN dealership with two forms of ID like I was going to a BUY HERE PAY HERE car lot. Anyhoo, I went ahead and showed up after Joey told me that providing proof of insurance was company policy. When I and looked at the car, I did not like how it was presented. In other words it was very dirty. It made a grunting noise every time I accelerated, and there was a strong burning smell coming from the engine. Each time I asked Joey about the issues, and there were plenty, he answered as if whatever he was looking at on his smartphone was more important. So by this time I was sure I was NOT going to buy this car. However, I was getting my 2012 Navigator appraised at the same time I was test driving the '15, so I continued to go through the process just to see how much they claimed my car was worth. Let's just say they offered me almost 5 thousand dollars less that what David McDavid offered me. So it was a VERY unpleasant experience from cradle to grave, and I don't see myself going back there again. More
