Horrible service! Wish the Service Dept was as efficient, friendly & reliable like the Sales people when I purchased my vehicle Buick and Cadillac vehicles. They NEVER call back when we leave messages, they friendly & reliable like the Sales people when I purchased my vehicle Buick and Cadillac vehicles. They NEVER call back when we leave messages, they NEVER answer their phones, I always have to call the Sales Dept and have someone walk over to the Service Dept just to get someone from the Service Dept on the line. Oh yeah and did I mention they NEVER NEVER NEVER return phone calls when a message is left and we left NUMEROUS messages with MULTIPLE Service Dept associates. On 2 separate occasions we took our Buick in for the same issue. The first time I took it in I had to wait (while my car was on the lot the whole time) 2 weeks for them just to do a diagnostic. Then by the 3rd week there was a storm and they told me I needed to come and pick up my vehicle (the work was NOT even started yet) and remove it off of their lot because they didn't want to be liable for any vehicles that weren't already being serviced on their lot. So my vehicle was on their lot for over 3 weeks and NOTHING happened. THEEEENNNNN to top it off I needed to pick up my vehicle and had to RESCHEDULE for ANOTHER appointment, which the next available was 1 month later, to bring my vehicle back in to fix the same things. The entire 3+ weeks my vehicle was on their lot they never had a loaner available for me. The service person I worked with PROMISED me that when I brought my vehicle back he would definitely have a loaner for me to use while me vehicle was being serviced by them. But OF COURSE that NEVER happened. I brought my Buick back for the 2nd time and the service person I had the 1st time was no longer there (yes huge turn around at this location / position) and I was told they couldn't honor ANY thing he promised me. As if the 1st visit wasn't horrible already now on this 2nd visit my car was on their lot for again almost 2 weeks before they got a diagnostic done (no follow up with me, they did not return any of my phone calls / messages) .... AND of course no loaner available for my family and I to use. My vehicle was on their lot for almost 3 MONTHS and they had NO LOANER for me to use the entire time, nor did they offer me any rental options. I love my Buick and Cadillac vehicles but I HATE having to take my vehicle(s) in to the Service (Service-less) Dept. More

Got a 2020 SIerra At4 from this place thanks to Shawna. She was very helpful and made the car purchasing very easy. I was in the market in looking for a car for over 2 months so I did my homework about pricing and all that stuff. Trust me I got this truck for an AWESOME PRICE. CostcoAutoProgram also helped with that. Just to put a cherry on top also won a raffle that got me a YETI COOLER, 2 YETI Flask, A yeti hopper 8 a portable grill and stand. Almost $1k worth!!!
