Service is really bad took my Cadillac in of heating and took them 2 times to find the problem stuck on the side of the road twice. Brought tires from them costing $900 dollars only to find out they put the took them 2 times to find the problem stuck on the side of the road twice. On top of that they damaged my rims Putting on tire. More

Charging $240 each for diagnostic of a headlight and a door handle. Big mistake having the brakes done there. $2300 later. Frustrating experience with servicing. Have a check engine light problem that they could not diagnose. Light was initially intermittent and had to take the car in multiple times with no resolution. When light stayed on, they worked on the car for two days and still could not come up with a suggested repair. Communicating via the service rep instead of the service technician was difficult. They need to provide status update before the end of the day so plans can be made if they feel the need to keep the car overnight. More

Brought my truck in to fix a fog light for the 2nd time. I had a rough visit last time so I was skeptical; however, the service department really shined this go round. They were fast, helpful and really tried to help me get to work on time. Enterprise was supposed to come pick me up but they were really busy. The GMC staff ended up taking me instead. By the time I got my rental the GMC dealership called and told me my truck was ready. The fix was easier than expected and Irene made sure I didn’t have to wait. She had all of the paperwork ready to go. As a person who is always short on time, I appreciated that. There was another gentleman who helped me set up my appointment and he was also helpful and answered all of my questions. More
