Brought my truck in to fix a fog light for the 2nd time. I had a rough visit last time so I was skeptical; however, the service department really shined this go round. They were fast, helpful and really tried to help me get to work on time. Enterprise was supposed to come pick me up but they were really busy. The GMC staff ended up taking me instead. By the time I got my rental the GMC dealership called and told me my truck was ready. The fix was easier than expected and Irene made sure I didn’t have to wait. She had all of the paperwork ready to go. As a person who is always short on time, I appreciated that. There was another gentleman who helped me set up my appointment and he was also helpful and answered all of my questions. More
Had trouble starting the car a couple of mornings, so took it in without appointment. They were friendly, accommodating, and corrected the problem (replaced battery) in a reasonable time. I usually take the courtesy shuttle when I bring my car in, but since the shuttle wasn't available, they got my Lyft rides - I really appreciated that. Irene was very pleasant and explained everything to me. Great service advisor. More

I am very thankful for the free transport to and from the dealership which makes it very easy to drop my car off at the dealership a welcoming staff.
