My warning light to service tire monitor was on so I brought it in and they replaced my TPMS sensor, checked it and all 4 sensors read at the time. But for some reason, the warning light came on again a brought it in and they replaced my TPMS sensor, checked it and all 4 sensors read at the time. But for some reason, the warning light came on again as I drove into my driveway, so I had to return to the service department that same afternoon. Now it seems fine. More

I recently purchased a BMW X5 from the dealership. It was a great process very friendly no issues. The vehicle within two weeks had a check engine light and other issues. I returned to the dealership to use the warranty that the dealership provides and it was dropped off on 14 June 2021 and still waiting for approval leaving me carless since they don’t provide loaners. This has definitely discouraged me on purchasing another used vehicle from the company. More
