The service Manager, Luis contacted me directly to discuss the issues I experienced. He informed me the dealership would take care of the body damage to my bumper but wanted to ensure there was a loaner vehicle available for me to use while it was being repaired, which I appreciated. Luis also offered to give me a break on the cost of the repairs to my vehicle and reassured me the technician working on my vehicle had a lot of experience and that the work would be guaranteed. I hope all turns out well with my car and it will be returned fixed (body damage & service repairs). Luis also reassured me that this is not how they normally conduct business and apologized for my whole experience. Luis understood my hope is that this type of situation does not happen to anyone else.
