Ms. Sasha Serene provided excellent customary service going above and beyond. We test drove multiple cars and she had a positive attitude throughout, even though it was past closing time by the time we w going above and beyond. Very bad experience and waste of precious time. While trying to make an appointment for service , AI answers instead of a real person. Described to automated system the repairs needed. On the day of tge appointment ( 2 weeks later ) showed up at the dealership and described the parts and services needed. The vehicle is accepted and promised the repairs to be completed in 4 hours. Upon not hearing nothing for 8 hours , contacted the service manager. The service manager advised that they didn't have the necessary parts . Therefore I should pick up my vehicle un repaired. Totally unacceptable from a Cadillac dealership. And the worst , .most depressing lounge in the whole country . Shame on not using a real person, so that the parts ate available when a customer shows up and shame on the shabbiest lounge in the nation. Never going back . More
I dropped my car off 7/3 for a 7:30am appt to get evaluated for what we believed was a transmission and a/c issue (2 separate issues). I never received a call that day and know the next day was a hol evaluated for what we believed was a transmission and a/c issue (2 separate issues). I never received a call that day and know the next day was a holiday so I wouldn't hear anything 7/4 so I hoped on Friday 7/5 someone would call me. Never received a call so I called, left a message, no call back. My husband stopped at the service center 7/6 and was able to find out the issue with my a/c would be fixed and I needed a new torque converter and would have to wait to hear about a quote because they had never replaced one before. Monday came and went no phone yet again. Tuesday I called and spoke with Micah who was very helpful and gave me information on a quote. I decided due to the high cost of repair, time it would take to perform the repair and lack of communication for almost a week I would get another opinion at a transmission specialist. Yesterday, I went to pick up my car, paid for the diagnostic and a/c repair. Micah again was kind and helpful. Then I walk out to my car where I see body damage that was not there when I arrived to the dealership. My front bumper was scraped up and cracked!!! There is NO way whoever was driving my car didn't know what they had done. Nobody at the service center said anything to me about what happened. I was at a loss for words. I went back to speak to Micah who looked at the damage, took photos and apologized. He said he would contact the service manager and make arrangements to have the body damage repaired. Micah said he was never informed of the damage and was unaware of what happened. I have never had such a terrible experience getting my car serviced anywhere. I would not recommend service here to anyone based on my experience. Now I have a new issue in addition to the service repair my car needs. I'm very disappointed with my experience and hope something is implemented so things like this do not happen to anyone else. Between the lack of communication and the damage to my car. Unreal. Also just to be clear I never dealt with Jeff Huang who is listed on this review I only spoke with Micah. I had to click on a rating for him in order to submit my review but please disregard that since I never dealt with Jeff. More
