I haven’t been to this dealership in 2 years. So I was surprised to get a appointment on short notice. Although it took 2 hours for a simple tire rotation.. I was surprised when they included a 21 point inspection that wasn’t included on the appointment. On top of this, they didn’t charge me for the tire rotation so I end up not having to pay anything. I purchased a vehicle that came with wheel locks on it but there wasn’t a key to the wheel locks in the vehicle. I called the service department and they got me in the next day and took the wheel locks of but there wasn’t a key to the wheel locks in the vehicle.
