This is the first time an acknowledgement or apology has been made regarding this so thank you for that. What will come of notifying the service department? Whom in the service will be or was notified? Will they care? What will they do about it? Not much has been done to rectify the situation from you all at the dealership and now I'm having trouble getting in touch with corporate to follow up with them. I'll have service coming up with my vehicle soon and at this point I rather take it to a separate shop all together versus taking it to you all or other GMC dealership on the island. Terrible all around.
