I’ve made three appointments and all of them are canceled I didn’t cancel them they did my car is due for a recall and I have called many times made appointments only to have them cancel it the day before. It can be great. ..it just needs people...shortage of people affects us customers. If I wasn't as persistent as I am, I would still be waiting for someone to call me back to make an appointment. I also.scheduled a diagnostic appointment and cannot get in until January 4, 2023. That is kind of ridiculous. If they cannot keep up with servicing the cars...they should at least make recommendations of other places that could do the work. More
