I’ve made three appointments and all of them are canceled I didn’t cancel them they did my car is due for a recall and I have called many times made appointments only to have them cancel it the day before. It can be great. ..it just needs people...shortage of people affects us customers. It took me 2 months to even get someone to talk to me about making an appointment f ..it just needs people...shortage of people affects us customers. If I wasn't as persistent as I am, I would still be waiting for someone to call me back to make an appointment. I also.scheduled a diagnostic appointment and cannot get in until January 4, 2023.
