In 2016, I was thrilled when I bought my dream car, a Cadillac ATS. I mean it’s a freaking Cadillac! However, I regret that decision because of the quality of Cadillac and the quality of their service de Cadillac ATS. I mean it’s a freaking Cadillac! However, I regret that decision because of the quality of Cadillac and the quality of their service department! The only Cadillac dealership on Oahu has lied to us and stolen our money. As a veteran family on a limited income, with my husband being 100% disabled from his 26 years of active duty service as a Marine, this has been especially challenging. How can Cadillac allow customers to be treated this way? How can you pay for a them to fix our car only to return it worse then you left it and they still won’t fix what they break? How can they keep saying more needs to be fixed to never fix what you pay? Thousands have been paid when I trusted them to only find out they lie and take advantage of a Veteran's family! I don’t trust this dealership or Cadillac anymore. Why wouldn’t Cadillac want trustworthy mechanics? How hard is it to fix what the customer has paid for? To anyone that read this beware of Cadillac they SIMPLY DON'T CARE and will take advantage of anyone. I paid over $500 to have my a/c fixed a few weeks ago only to have it work a few days then work intermittently and then blow out HOT air ALL the time whether you have the a/c on or not. I had to close all the vents but the hot air still comes out and if you live here you know how hot it is outside, well, the air that blows on me is even hotter than it is outside. It's worse than when I originally brought it in. Now I need additional repairs to my a/c that cost over $2000. Still trying to get answers and nobody has responded to my e-mails. I also contacted Cadillac on the mainland who has been trying to contact them and they haven't responded to Cadillac either. Do better Cadillac, it doesn't take much to be honest and treat people right. I'm sure they wouldn't want to be treated this way if they took their vehicle somewhere. More

Took over a month to fix my car. Communication and status of repairs was poor, lacking urgency, and I had to constantly follow up after being promised an update. It’s very difficult to even get an appointment to repair my vehicle. Takes numerous calls and messages for a call back. Last year….The finance dept has never called me back after calling Theresa 6 times and leaving 3 messages. I finally gave up! Very disappointing! More
