Mr. Chilcoat, Thank you for reminding me about the “free blackout emblems” and I agree they make it look amazing. You forgot to mention that you gave those to me because the day I drove the truck home the Tire Pressure Monitors DID NOT WORK AND THERE WAS A LOUD RATTLING BECAUSE THE SPARE TIRE BRACKET WAS LOOSE. I had to drive around for a week with that default light on. You also forgot to tell everyone that it took all day to fix because you had the wrong monitors and had to take some from a different tire.

Mr. Chilcoat your staff also told me during the battery issue that these GMC trucks don’t have the appropriate battery charge to maintain The electronics that the truck has. If you would have told me that during the purchasing process I wouldn’t have bought the truck. I ask that you please inform everyone coming to your dealership of this issue prior to them spending almost $90,000 on a truck.

One other thing that happened is they leave customers personal information laying out where anyone can see it. I saw Name, Phone numbers, and addresses of people that brought their vehicles there. We all know with that information someone could easily still your identity. Mr. Chilcoat if your standing by your actions I would like you to let me talk to your customers prior to them buying a vehicle and share my experience and yes I will tell each customer about the blackout emblems you have me.
