I appreciate Irene and the hard work she does to keep this Honolulu location running. Unfortunately it’s almost impossible to have an answered phone call because she is on her own basically. I’m particularly not happy with the lack of loaner vehicles available when work is being done on my car. I appreciate that the coffee station is well stocked and clean however I would appreciate more that Irene had more help so she didn’t seem like she was in a constant rush trying to deal with you as a customer. I have put in a lot of money to purchasing my Yukon at this locations but the lack of workers in the service department frustrates me when trying to book my car in for anything and have it done in a timely manner. 5 stars for Irene but 3 stars for the lack of support she gets. More
The service manager Ashley, and the service advisor Irene are both top notch customer service people. It’s extremely difficult to communicate with unhappy/disenfranchised customers. The nature of their w are both top notch customer service people. It’s extremely difficult to communicate with unhappy/disenfranchised customers. The nature of their work is such, and even though they chose that line of work, it is nevertheless extremely difficult to speak to people nicely while being spoken to discourteously. Especially on a Saturday!! Suffice to say that with all that was going on that day, Irene and Ashley, who helped with an entirely different matter that is way too long to type here, deserve your respect and thanks for restoring my faith in GMC service. In service departments in general, and specifically this GMC here in Honolulu. More
