Honest! My Saturn Outlook had died(dead in its tracks). Dealership said that they charge $250 for the computer analyzer, and I agreed. Several days later they called to say my vehicle was fixed, and ready to go. I hesitantly asked what the total was and they said less than $260! Turned out it was a short in wiring, and a blown fuse! A less reputable place could have just tacked on unnecessary charges to inflate the bill- but they didn’t!!! Sam (and crew), thank you very much for your integrity! Vince More
Worste Customer Service I ever had. Lost my car for a week, then took 2 weeks to diagnose. Never recieved any phone calls, and service won't answer the phone. I had to drive down there just to check on the status, twice. Don't know how long it was done, but never did get any phone calls. Only after driving down there did I find out that the extremely uneven wear that ruined the rear tires on my 2015 SRX, is only alignment. It cost me $200 and 3 weeks of waiting, to diagnose it. Worste customer service from a completely incompetent little rude woman. I had to demand for her to walk me around the lot to find my car, after it's been a week with no call back, and she has no paperwork or idea where my car is. I hope I never have to deal with Honolulu Cadillac ever again. More

Sent my car there 3x, 2 out the 3x were $1000 visits, within weeks of each other. I was without my car for a week, both times. STILL HAVE ISSUES WITH MY CAR!!! It's a 2014 Cadillac XTS, not considered old yet. NOW MY AIR CON JUST WENT OUT YESTERDAY!!! A week and a half after getting it back, and 3 weeks after paying a grand to do something with the air conditioning system. Did the mechanics do this on purpose because I sent a 3- page complaint letter to Justen, their GM so they're sticking it to me financially??? Unbelievable, WORST SERVICE & MECHANICS EVER!!! More
