It was very easy to make an appointment to have my airbag replaced on recall. The staff was very friendly when I arrived and showed me where the coffee was, and the car was done in the jiffy and there was ze replaced on recall. I have a deep gratitude for her efforts and that of the service technicians who continue to help resolve the fuel system issues with my vehicle (2022 Cadillac XT5). This would be the third time I have taken it back for the same issue that seems to keep recurring even after new fuel system parts have been replaced. We had both of trucks in for safety check. It was fast and convenient. The online appointment calendar should be easier to navigate. If you can’t do it don’t have it available to click. I made two different appointments and my oil change appointment was rescheduled. Then our safety check appointments were rescheduled as well.
