Sarah Pratt has provided the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a dealership. Anytime I have an issue, I can reach out to her directly and get immediate help. Initially, I was incredibly frustrated with the number of issues I had with my 2024 Lyriq—over 100 days in the shop at this location. However, Sarah's clear communication and willingness to assist transformed the experience and made scheduling and appointments 10x better. One major plus is the quality of the courtesy vehicles she arranges. Thanks to her, I no longer have to deal with EV loaners that only have a 12V outlet and can't even charge overnight—I'm actually able to use the vehicle the next day now. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service I've received—especially from Sarah Pratt. I'd also like to give honorable mention to Steve (I believe that’s his name), who works on our car. He’s been extremely helpful as well. Thank you both! More

Customer service is a hit a miss. When I bought my 2022 Gmc Terrain, their service was the best. When calling to get my vehicle serviced, They don’t really answer the phones. This last time my oil was not completely filled and had to go get in person to the dealership to make an appointment.
