Not only did they manage to spend almost 6 hours to complete a 30 minute task, but they also somehow managed to break my inner driver side door handle, and the clips to hold the panel onto the door. I was told that my car will be detailed be Auer every car they service will get detailed and washed. When I picked it up it had greasy fingers all over and was not cleaned at all. I was excited when I dropped it off and the service sounded so great and was rather disappointed when I picked it up. Not coming back unless other shops can’t fix it. More

Service department slow to respond or no response at all. Had my truck for 3 months and felt they rushed repair. Repair not done properly as problem is still existing. I have been trying to contact service manager with no response within the last week. Really need someone’s assistance with my truck asap.
